At the Bluebird Café & Grill you’ll find dinner and lunch menus that are filled top to bottom with all-star dishes. From our starters to our desserts, you won’t find any filler. Our pizzas are cooked in a custom-made wood-fired oven in the centre of our restaurant. You can expect perfect pies, topped with the most incredible local and carefully sourced ingredients such as Ontario cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, wild mushrooms, blue cheese, and more.
Our grill menu features buttery, melt-in-your mouth, Chicago-style Certified Angus sirloin and New York striploins, chicken breast marinated in fresh herbs, jumbo shrimp with shitake mushrooms as well as veal and scallop options.
Of course, like any respectable Italian restaurant, we live and die by our pasta. Our pasta menu features classics such as penne with hot Italian sausage and Penne Palmero. Our baked lasagne is seven layers, with a trio of cheeses, beef, and for that extra flavour kick—delicious veal. If you’re on the go, or don’t want to bother cooking, a large selection of our lunch and dinner menus are also available for takeout.
At our restaurant we like to give our chefs as much creative license as possible. You’ll always find different specials offered at the Bluebird Café & Grill whether it’s specialty regional Italian dishes, or different grill items. One thing you won’t find here though is a dessert menu; all of our desserts are devised daily by our chefs, so why not drop by and see what they’re cooking up?

For drinks, we have a cellar stocked with wines carefully chosen to marry well with your food. We also have an extensive rail and cocktail menu to choose from. And as you’d expect, Martinis feature strongly in our drinks menu.
About Our Restaurant
Rick and Sherry opened the Bluebird Café & Grill in 1989 with quality and value as their main foundation. We believe you are what you eat, so we only use fresh ingredients in all of our dishes and refuse to deep fry.
Menu items are all prepared in-house and to order. We have daily features ranging from grilled fish as well as lamb, provimi veal chops, chicken supreme, pasta dishes and delectable desserts.
Our takeout kitchen is very popular and has become the healthy choice for many customers.
We feel that eating healthy is more important than ever, so we are always improving and preparing dishes to be as healthy as possible. We have changed our sauces, dressings, and soups to accommodate gluten free, other than our lasagna, cannelloni and fresh bread.
